When decorating the Luis Chalet, emphasis was placed on creating a puristic, modern, contemporary, cosy, light-flooded, refined holiday home for two to four people who want to enjoy an independent holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel. Sleeping comfort is guaranteed in the bedroom with generous double bed and on the sofa bed in the kitchen-living room. The bright bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet offers every possible comfort, the kitchen is equipped with high-quality Neff appliances and you can soak up the sun and enjoy the peace and quiet on the south-facing balcony or in the garden. You also have access to a washing machine, a ski room with boot dryer and a bike room with an electric charging station.

Yes, there is free parking directly at the house.
No, final cleaning is included in the apartment price.
In the apartment you will find all you need for a relaxing holiday full of comfort: Towels and bed linen, TV, dishes, basic spices, tea, coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine and dishwasher in the kitchen as well as toiletries in the bathroom.
Yes, we have a bike room with a charging station for your e-bike.
No, unfortunately animals are not allowed.
Yes, we have a bike depot with an electric charging station where you can safely leave your bike during your holiday.

Yes, please note the following cancellation conditions if you have to cancel your holiday with us:
There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to 31 days prior to arrival. The deposit amounting to 20% of the total amount will be retained.
If cancelled within 30 to 15 days before arrival, a fee of 40% of the total amount will apply.
If cancelled within 14 to 8 days before arrival, a fee of 60% of the total amount will apply.
If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, a fee of 70% of the total amount will apply.
In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation policy of 70% applies to the booked but unused days.
You are welcome to pay the bill in advance by bank transfer. It is also possible to pay on site in cash or with a credit or debit card.
When booking, a deposit of 20% of the total price is required.

Hiking paradise in the Dolomites

Reischach lies directly at the foot of the Kronplatz hiking region making it a real gem for passionate hikers. Those on a hiking holiday here don't need a car to explore the beautiful and varied hiking trails. Would you like to climb high up to the peaks of the Dolomites or would you prefer a leisurely circular hike through meadows and forests? The choice is yours! After all, both are possible from Reischach! Climbing the Kronplatz summit via path no. 6A from the valley station in Reischach is almost a must for all Reischach holidaymakers who love hiking. Once at the top, the hard-working mountaineers are rewarded with beautiful views of the Dolomites and the main Alpine ridge. Nothing stands in the way of a varied hiking holiday with new, exciting routes, all kinds of altitudes and breathtaking views during your hiking holiday in the Luis Chalet! Cycling in the Pustertal valley

The cycle network in South Tyrol is excellent - and the same goes for the Pustertal region! A cycle tour through the valley, along the Rienz river, to the Hochpustertal valley or to Brixen/Bresanona, from where the entire Eisacktal valley opens up. Reischach is also on the popular cycle route from Munich to Venice. You can also explore a wide variety of mountain pastures and forest trails by mountain bike. In the Kronplatz holiday region, there are many opportunities to work up a sweat and disconnect on the mountain trails: Three nature parks can be discovered in one go - breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the wonderfully green surroundings as you pedal through the surrounding dream landscape! Whether by mountain bike, e-bike or racing bike, every bike lover will discover a new favourite route on the countless different pass roads, trails, forest paths and cycle paths.

Time for relaxation! The best way to take advantage of it all is to spend a day at Cron4, the indoor swimming pool with sauna world in Reischach! Not far from the Luis Chalet you will find an oasis of relaxation and recreation. The different swimming pools offer something for everyone: excitement and games in the fun pool or relaxation in the outdoor brine pool. There is also an active pool, a water slide and a baby pool. If you want to exercise before hitting the sauna, you can do so in the sports pool with 25-metre lanes. The Cron4 also offers a sauna paradise that covers over 3,000 m2. Those seeking relaxation can look forward to saunas with different temperatures and options for cooling off both indoors and outdoors with a diverse infusion programme, rounded off by various snacks. Attention golf fans: The 9-hole course at the Kronplatz golf course in Reischach is waiting for you! Whether with hiking boots, snowshoes or touring skis, with or without a toboggan, heading for the heights to explore the flatter areas, for a circular hike, to a hut or to climb a snowy peak... You decide how your winter walk should be! Enjoying the peace and quiet in the snow-covered forest, trudging through the deep snow or speeding down the slopes on a toboggan are definitely winter holiday experiences that you shouldn't miss!

Wide, sunny slopes with 121 kilometres of pistes and 31 ultra-modern lifts ensure an unforgettable holiday for skiers and snowboarders alike. The choice of pistes here is almost inexhaustible and there is guaranteed to be something suitable for every level! Whether beginner, occasional rider or pro: you're sure to find the right slope for you! And what is a must for a successful day's skiing? A stop at a rustic ski hut for some traditional fun of course! The Kronplatz ski paradise also offers all kinds of opportunities for it: beautiful ski huts with a good atmosphere, traditional dishes and warming drinks await!

Cross-country skiing in the Kronplatz area

In the Sportpark Reischach there is a circular trail that is carefully prepared every day for both classic and skating styles. On this beginner-friendly trail, you can spend hours in the winter sun as you really burn off energy with this varied endurance sport. But you can also have fun here in the evening: on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, the trail is floodlit until 8.30 pm and gliding along the piste in the floodlights is so much fun and adds a special touch to this popular winter sport. You should definitely not miss out! In addition to the circular trail in Reischach, there are also other opportunities for cross-country skiing in the Kronplatz Dolomites region! The trails in Kasern/Casere in Ahrntal, in Antholzertal, in Gsieser Tal and in San Viglio are also worth a visit for cross-country skiing fans!

Exciting museums on Kronplatz

There are several extraordinary, exciting museums in our area that are well worth a visit. A visit to Lumen, the museum for mountain photography, is particularly recommended. In this innovative museum at the summit of Kronplatz, some 1,800 square metres have been dedicated entirely to mountain photography. Discover images from different eras of mountain photography right up to the present day from all over the world, from historical images to state-of-the-art footage. The whole thing is complemented by temporary exhibitions of various kinds. Another museum that is dedicated to the topic of mountains and whose visit is highly recommended is the Messner Mountain Museum Corones. This museum from the museum series of the well-known South Tyrolean Alpinist Reinhold Messner is entirely dedicated to traditional Alpine culture. Surrounded by a stunning panorama with views of the mountain ranges of South Tyrol and beyond, you can find out more about the world of the legendary mountaineer.

A trip into the city

With all the mountain activities, do you feel like a bit of urban flair for a change? The towns of Brixen and Bruneck offer the perfect urban atmospheres to explore. Small, lively town centres with quaint shops, lively cafés, good restaurants and branching alleys are waiting to be explored. Stroll through the narrow streets, browse the boutiques under the traditional arcades or treat yourself to a leisurely aperitif or well-deserved coffee. Eat traditional South Tyrolean dishes or stroll through the typical Christmas markets during the Christmas season and soak up the atmosphere of the Alpine towns to the fullest - because it is what makes South Tyrol so special.
